The main place I do my grocery shopping is HyVee. I recently discovered they have a very helpful website. You can look page by page at the weekly print ad (the one you would pick up at the store) as well as the exclusive online ad. You can click on the items you want, it will make a printable shopping list for you as well as print out any coupons corresponding to the items you chose. You can even go through the store aisle by aisle and make up your whole shopping list online.
Their coupon policy is available on the website so you don't have any questions when you go to the store with all of your coupons. (I do have a couple of unanswered questions that I need to check with them on, I'll update when I find out.)
They also have a list of the manufacture's coupons that are available that correspond with their sale and coupon items. And you are allowed to "stack" coupons, which means use a store coupon and manufacturer coupon for the same item for even more savings.

Savings on 10/31/09 $17.74 (16% savings)
Plus I got a coupon for $6 off of milk on my next visit.
Keep in mind this was my first real attempt at using coupons, I'm still very new at it. I hope to increase my savings each week.
